createTank releases XMLConfiguration code under GNU GPL

createTank project XMLConfiguration was GPL’d and released for public consumption today. createTank has GPL’d and released its main Java configuration library today at xmlconfiguration.createtank.com.

XMLConfiguration v2.0 is a very powerful, yet simple to use Java library for extraction of configuration values from within an XML document.

This library allows a user to make quick configuration changes during development, yet allows for powerful use in a production setting, with multiple trees within the XML document (e.g. one can place dev, test, preproduction, and production trees within the same XML document).
