Additional Licensing for XMLConfiguration Project


createTank adds more choice to licensing of XMLConfiguration Project createTank has added the GNU Lesser General Public License [LGPL] as a user licensing choice in addition to the GNU General Public License [GPL] already proclaimed. That is, the user may elect to use either the GPL or the LGPL license when using the XMLConfiguration class library.
